Dear Residents and Family Members,

Friendship Village of South Hills is operating with an abundance of caution to keep our residents and team members protected during the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to carefully monitor local, state, and federal recommendations and activity regarding COVID-19 to mitigate the potential impact of the virus within our community.

Over the past week, the Pennsylvania Department of Health is reporting significant increases in Allegheny County’s daily confirmed cases of COVID-19. As a result of the increase in confirmed cases, Friendship Village of South Hills will be suspending scheduled visitation in our Health Center, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

As we have done throughout the last several months, we will regularly communicate updates about our efforts to maintain a safe and healthy community. We realize this situation is frustrating and greatly appreciate your continued support as we take the necessary steps to protect our residents and team members.

Sincerely,

Bryan Welty

Executive Director
