Q. What amenities does Friendship Village of
South Hills include?

A. Your residency agreement includes these services and amenities as part of a complete package: weekly cleaning and flat linen services, daily meals in the restaurant, fitness programs, transportation, full activity calendar, security services, utilities, parking for residents and their guests, emergency call monitoring and unlimited access to on-site health care services. You’ll also have access to our wellness programs, library, beauty shop, gift shop and fitness center.

Q. May I bring my own furniture and accessories when
I move in?

A. Absolutely! The apartment or Carriage Home in which you reside is your home. So furnish and decorate to your liking. If you wish, you can also upgrade countertops, flooring or wall coverings to customize your home — simply ask for details when we talk about floor plans.

Q. What will I pay to enter Friendship Village?

A. Our entrance and monthly service fees are competitive within the Friendship Village of South Hills area, with your price determined by the residence and contract you choose. The entrance fee may be partly refundable, depending on the Life Care plan you select. Monthly fees cover provided services and amenities. And a portion of your fees may be tax-deductible.
